Does every guardian need the Android app?
No. Guardians can use the Android application or consent to Web Push in a supported browser.
Can Aiden Campus connect to biometric devices?
Yes. The Device Hub supports user management, attendance collection and compatible fingerprint, face and RFID workflows.
Can we migrate students from Excel?
Yes. CSV and Excel imports include field mapping, validation, preview and a sample file.
Can each institution use its own subdomain?
Yes. Each active tenant can receive a dedicated address such as schoolname.aidencampus.com.
Is Web Push the same as WhatsApp or SMS?
No. Web Push is a separate consent-based browser channel and does not require an installed Android application.
Can website content be edited in Django?
Yes. Authorised administrators can edit pages, FAQs, feature cards, contact details and search metadata in Django Admin.
